If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery. Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging while raising the request.
For perishable items like fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and frozen goods, returns are only accepted if the product is spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery.
Once your request is approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account or wallet.
Exchange is available only for damaged or incorrect products and depends on product availability. If the product is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
